聂海亮,副教授,硕士生导师,河北省检验检疫学会理事;博士毕业于北京理工大学,主持国家自然科学基金、河北省自然科学基金,河北省高等学校科学技术研究项目等5项课题,发表学术论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项。
