韩丽荣

一、个人简介

        韩丽荣，讲师，2019年毕业于天津科技大学，博士研究生；近年来主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项，河北省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，河北大学医学培育项目1项，河北大学人才启动项目1项；在Journal of Agricultural and food chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food & Function、Nutrients、Journal of functional foods等期刊发表论文10余篇。

1.主讲课程：儿童少年卫生学、营养与疾病

2.研究方向：食品营养与健康，以研究食品与人类健康关系为主要内容，主要从事营养素的功能评价及作用机理研究。
